Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of GEN56 Construction ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

GEN56 Construction provides general contracting services including:

• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Home renovations and additions
• Roofing installation and repair
• Flooring installation
• Electrical services
• General home repairs and maintenance
• Custom construction projects

Project Agreements

Estimates and Contracts

• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Written contracts are required for all projects over $1,000
• Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing
• Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions or material costs

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts
• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and requirements
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Obtain necessary permits (unless specified otherwise)
• Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas
• Provide timely decisions on materials and design choices
• Make payments according to agreed schedules
• Communicate concerns promptly and professionally

Company Responsibilities

GEN56 Construction commits to:

• Perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner
• Use quality materials and follow industry standards
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• Provide regular project updates and communication
• Clean work areas daily and upon project completion
• Honor warranties as specified in individual contracts
• Comply with applicable building codes and regulations

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide:

• One-year warranty on workmanship for most projects
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment
• Prompt response to warranty claims
• Repair or replacement of defective work at no cost

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made by others.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our insurance coverage provides additional protection for both parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, material shortages, or other unforeseeable events.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation may be pursued before legal action
• Florida state law governs these terms
• Disputes will be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and proprietary methods remain the property of GEN56 Construction unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive rights to use designs for their specific project only.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality of project details. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for completed work and material costs, will be handled according to individual project contracts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
